Increasing Head Size

The exercises that are meant to increase head size are pretty much all based around the Jelq. The way they work is the same way the Jelq works, by forcing more blood than normal into an underdeveloped area. The difference is that instead of trying to do this for your entire penis you’ll be focusing on just the head. When done successfully (and after a proper warm-up!!!) you’ll immediately see the head of your penis balloon to at least twice the size it’s ever attained during your strongest erections.

How to Perform a Mini-Jelq

Begin by wrapping one hand in a Jelquing position around the halfway point of your semi-erect penis. Wrap it tightly enough so that the semi-erection is maintained, but not so tightly that you can’t Jelq. Use your other hand to slowly Jelq towards the glans, moving along the exposed skin. After every 10 strokes squeeze the shaft with only the head exposed for a count of 5 seconds. This way the already swollen head is forced to expand even more. Keep this up for maybe 5 minutes or so or until you feel fatigued. Because this is a very intensive workout you need to pay very close attention to your body and not push it too hard.

How to Perform a “Mushroom Maker”

This exercise specifically designed to make the head of your penis appear thicker at all times, thus giving it the classic “mushroom look.” Even if this isn’t what you want for yourself you still might benefit by breaking down the routine and only using parts of it that would benefit you.

Start off by performing a few strong PC Flexes to push as much blood as possible into your penis. After each PC Flex clamp down on the base of your penis in a Jelq grip to trap the blood. After your penis is completely pumped up begin to slowly slide your fingers down towards the head in the classic Jelquing motion. Because you did the PC Flex first this will be much more intensive and tight than a normal Jelq. As you reach the head of your penis loosen your grip a bit and perform another strong PC Flex to push even more blood in. Immediately tighten your grip again and continue up a bit more until the head of your penis has inflated as far as it will go. Hold it like that for 5-30 seconds (whatever is comfortable for you) and then release. Start the process over again by performing a few strong PC Flexes to pump more blood in. By the time you’re done you should notice that the head of your penis is much more full than usual. End this exercise by gently massaging your penis and slapping it around a bit to return blood flow to normal. This is a very intensive workout but the benefits can be enormous but just be sure that you never cause yourself any pain.
